Hewlett-Packard has just unveiled the HP DreamScreen. It is an all digital device which uses an icon based, touch enabled interface that brings the latest and amazing services to the users' fingertips.
The HP DreamScreen has been designed to offer simplicity and relevance as it gives the user access to the best content on the internet. Content such as education, video chat, music, movies, news and browsing are provided affordably through the internet. The content on the DreamScreen will be available in both Hindi and English, so that the user can access the information in a language he or she is comfortable with. HP say they will also add in other local languages as well to provide a hassle free experience.
The HP DreamScreen also comes with an Entertainment Package, which includes Music, Bollywood Movies, Bollywood TV and Games. It also addresses the Lifestyle and Education needs of the users and offers Live Darshan, Education, News, Daily Astrology, web browser and an e-book on Weddings.

To develop the DreamScreen, HP’s Innovation Program Office (IPO) studied the Indian market and worked closely with families in their homes to refine the product over many years.
“We sat with people in their homes and listened to what was important to them. They inspired us,” said Phil McKinney, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Personal Systems Group, HP, and head of HP’s IPO.
The HP DreamScreen can yours from 25th of November and will cost Rs.19,999 plus taxes, exclusively for Airtel and Tata subscribers.
