Just read an article with the same title in ToI.
The description of the individual who was in chinese prison just for 5 years started like this--"has a bump on his wrist. His right shoulder is higher than his left, and hurts often too".
Horrible description and his only crime was to preach for 'freedom of speech' in tibet!!!!!!!!!
This should be an eye-opener for all those people who supported 'maoist' movement.If maoists come into power same thing will happen here.
