how to install shutter 0.87.3 in ubuntu lucid

Shutter,formerly known as GScrot, is a feature-rich screenshot program. One can take a screenshot of a specific area, window,whole screen, or even of a website - apply different effects to it, draw on it to highlight points, and then upload to an image hosting site, all within one window.
Shutter is an open-source program, and is available completely for free-both as free speech and free egg-roll.
In the latest version 0.87.3,it has the following features--

To install the latest version(0.87.3),type the following in terminal--
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install shutter
