Gephi is an interactive visualization and exploration platform for all kinds of networks and complex systems, dynamic and hierarchical graphs.As anything good must run in linux,it also does;but unfortunately it also supports windows and mac.Anyway,they started using netbeans 7.0 and hence requesting plug-in developers to use the same.
